So begins a new year and with it new opportunities. I decided I'd give this online thing a second shot and hope it doesn't go all squirrely like last time.
First thing, I am a BBW so if that's not your thing please don't waste our time.
About me:
I am 32, single and don't have children. Although I would like to at some point.
I work in retail and study accounting.
My background however is in healthcare.
I recently won my fight against cancer.
My family is very important to me.
I am an amateur photographer. I recently bought my first digital camera and I love it!
I like sports, hockey and football are my favorites.
I love animals of all kinds.
My biggest pet peeve is improper use of the English language.
I love to read and write and was once published in a book of poetry.
I have a rather dark and sarcastic sense of humor that not many people get.
I am a music junkie. Music is always playing in my house, unless the game is on of course.
I do not know how to drive. Gasp! I know it's horrible isn't it?! I plan on changing that this year.
My filter is permanently broken, meaning I often say exactly what is on my mind.
What I am looking for:
It would be rather easy to sit here and write a laundry list of the perfect man. But, alas, the perfect man does not exist.
So I'll settle for his brother! :o)
I'd like to find someone to hang out with. Go to movies or out for a drink when the mood strikes. If it leads to more than friendship that would be fabulous.
Preferably you're around my age give or take a few years. And please be single, I'm not looking for a hook-up and I certainly don't want to be the 'other' woman.
You have a job and can take care of yourself.
You know what you want out of life or at least a pretty good idea.
We don't need to have EVERYTHING in common but a few areas would be ideal. I mean if you don't like music or animals we won't get along.
I would greatly prefer you don't smoke as I quit smoking myself almost a year ago.
You have an awesome sense of humor and can laugh at yourself.
You're intelligent and can hold a decent conversation about things other than your hair or how your ass looks in those jeans.
I don't mind occasional 420 use but not looking for a chronic.
